Returns, Replacements and Cancellations

 

  • Replacement Policy:

SATuned.com offers replacement policy for products that have manufacturing defects. If you find a manufacturing defect in the product delivered to you, please submit a replacement request within 5 working days by emailing support@satuned.com. Our Customer Service team will review your request, investigate the issue and take necessary actions to resolve it.

 

  • Application and Fitment Issues:

If you wish to return a product that does not fit your vehicle because there has been an error in our listing, please submit a return request by emailing support@satuned.com. Our Customer Service team will review request, investigate the cause of the fitment problem, and make any corrections that are needed. If your return request is approved, the return process must be initiated within 2 working days. Upon receiving the product in our warehouse, SATuned.com will inspect the product and initiate refund within 24 hours of completing the inspection. Please note that all products must be new, unused and must be in the original packaging, including labeling, manuals, hardware, etc. before returning them.

Customers are responsible for checking the fitment guide prior to ordering any product(s) to verify that the parts you have selected are appropriate for your vehicle. To ensure that you are ordering the correct products you must select your vehicle prior to ordering.

 

  • Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made within 24 hours of placing the order, will receive a full refund (2.4% Transaction charges are non-refundable) Cancellations made after 24 hours will not be liable for any refunds, in such cases kindly contact us at support@satuned.com. Our team will work on the best possible solution for you.
